Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic continuous flow of movement synchronised with deep breathing, where a progressive sequence of postures is followed.

After completing an 'Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Intensive' in 2004 I qualified to teach Hatha Yoga with The British School of Yoga in 2005, I now teach Ashtanga Yoga in its pure and traditional form.

View from Coran’s sudio location across the valley and up to Cairngorm and BraeriachI began teaching Yoga in Aviemore and Inverness in 2005. I teach beginner level one and two courses and also run worshops in Inverness (venue to be confirmed) and Rynabeallich Cromdale. Along side Ashtanga Yoga I also teach Hatha Yoga and consequently can vary classes and lessons to suit different requirements and needs. If required, I also teach Private Tuition (1-3 people maximum for private tuition) The view above is from imagery looking upon to Braeriach and on to the Cairngorm Mountains.

I am currently living Aberdeen and plan to hold beginners weekend workshops in Inverness and Cromdale this winter for 2008.
